Everything was perfect.

The afternoon tea and happy hour created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing us to connect with other guests and share travel stories.

I stayed for 3 nights with a group. The staff provided great recommendations and marked a map for us. The location allowed us easy access to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The happy hour with wine made the evenings nice. Despite the steep stairs, it wasn't a big issue since they helped with our luggage.

The stairs may present a challenge for some guests. A cooked breakfast would have been a preferred option.

But, darling, those 27 steps were more than my legs bargained for! A mini workout before breakfast is not quite my idea of a good time!

During my stay, I loved how everything was so close by, with the stunning Ponte Vecchio just a five-minute walk away and delightful cafes and restaurants like La Bussola right around the corner for a quick bite, making it easy to explore the city on foot. it really felt like I was in the heart of Florence, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys city strolling and discovering local gems.

What a lovely stay! Our room was super comfy and quiet. The location was just perfect for hitting all the sights. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and the in-room breakfast was a nice treat. Just be ready for the 26 stairs to get to the elevator—not a huge deal, but something to note!

Leonardo at the front desk was amazing, helping with perfect restaurant picks and making us feel right at home. The cozy common area and delicious breakfast made it easy to unwind after a day out. Just keep in mind that the room felt a bit snug for four, but we didn't mind since we spent most of our time relaxing in the lounge! 😊
